The space Villa Theletra is tucked away in the rolling hills and vineyards of the broader Ampelochoria (Wine Villages) Valley of Arkaki of Kamboura region of rural Paphos. Enjoy extended privacy and yet great access to Route B7 (five meters away), Paphos' main Artirial Road which connect Paphos region. For general shopping, Polykarpou Supermarket is a three-minute drive. You will find a plethora of excellent traditional and contemporary dining options in the villages of Yiolou (two-minute drive), Stroumbi (three-minutes) and Kathikas (eight-minutes). The popular Beachfront resorts of Latchi and the Old Town of Polis Chrysochous as well as the Coral Bay Area offer an abundance of dining, shopping and entertainment options and are a twenty-minute drive. Wine aficionados can visit multiple local, small family-owned wineries, all within a ten-minute drive. The property itself is brand new (March 2026), with modern and luxurious interiors and very generous and private pool and outdoor living areas. We are proud to note that we have furnished the villa to the highest standards with our guests’ comfort in mind. The kitchen is generous and boasts high quality electrical appliances, including a dishwasher and capsule coffee making machine. The open plan living and dining area is well lit, with big floor-to-ceiling windows and great connectivity with all spaces of the villa, indoor and outdoor. Both our indoor and outdoor dining tables are generous and tasteful. All four of our bedrooms have ensuite facilities. Three of our four bedrooms are on the first floor (1 double with king-sized bed and two bedrooms with twin bed) and our fourth bedroom is on the ground floor with a king-sized bed. All bedroom have private patios with great views.
