The space Located in Castelló d’Empúries, in a peaceful rural setting, the property enjoys a privileged location surrounded by nature, close to the beaches of the Costa Brava and natural areas such as Cap de Creus Natural Park. La Forja is a spacious and practical home, ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy large shared spaces. The property includes internet connection and on-site parking. Ceiling fans are available in the bedrooms except for the bunk bedroom. The large ground-floor space and the upstairs living-dining room do not have ceiling fans. Layout: Ground floor: Large open-plan space ideal for gathering: sofas, a spacious dining area and a large kitchen. WC. Upper floor: Kitchen and living-dining area. 1 bedroom with a double bed (135 cm). 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 cm). 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90 cm). 1 bathroom with shower. Guests can enjoy shared outdoor areas including a 4,000 m² garden, seasonal swimming pool, outdoor dining area, hammocks and a games room. Possibility to rent the entire property (conditions apply).
