The Cherry Tree - Beautiful Grade 2 Listed Barn

Beautiful converted barn within our Grade Two listed property located in the heart of the village of Melbourn. This charming property is the perfect place, whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or are on a work trip. The space The barn is to the rear of our property and has its own private access. The barn is split into two self contained annexes and during your stay, you will have access to the garden, which is shared between the two annexes. DOWNSTAIRS: Living room: Comfortable living space with smart TV. TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. We also have a subscription for Now TV and Discovery + that you can use during your stay, which gives you access to Sky Sports and TNT Sports. There is also space to use a single fold out memory foam floor mattress for a third guest. The bed and bedding will be made available if a booking is made for 3 guests. Kitchen: Kitchen has hob and oven, fridge , freezer and washing machine. Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery and there is a dining table fore you to eat at. Bathroom: With soaker head shower. Garden: Fully enclosed garden, perfect if you are bringing along your furry friends. Garden has table and chairs for outside dining in the warmer months. Our chicken pen is also located in the garden and guests are able to help themselves to any eggs that are laid! Please note that the garden is also shared with the adjoining Air BnB. UPSTAIRS: Double Bedroom: There is a double bed, with clothes rails and drawers for storage. PARKING: Parking for the property is available on the Main High Street, which is about 50m from the property. This is all free of charge and has no restrictions. Please note there is no parking directly outside the barn. PLEASE NOTE: This is an old property so there are some low ceilings and the windows upstairs are at low level. Guest access You will have access to the entire self contained annexe and shared access to the garden. Parking for the property is available on the Main High Street, which is about 50m from the property. This is all free of charge and has no restrictions. Please note there is no parking directly outside the barn. Other things to note Our barn is pet friendly and has a completely enclosed garden. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs to stay. We will ask for details at the point of confirmation.
