Fiber internet and a workspace are available in the living room (66 Mb/s Wi-Fi). You can also sit on the terrace which is equipped with electrical outlets. The garden, on one hectare, is wooded and flowered with herbs at your disposal. Permaculture is a priority. This offers you an exceptional living environment: playgrounds for children (sandpit, swimming pool for the little ones (only on request), boules for the older ones (boules at your disposal), walks for botanical discoveries in the alleys of the woods). On the terrace or close to your apartment you have an extendable table with 4 teak chairs, 2 teak lounge chairs, hammocks and Brazilian chairs. The barbecue, like the brazier, is waiting to glow during your warm evenings. Two to three vehicles can park for free next to the accommodation. The lovely chickens, Grisouille and Roussette, are free in the garden and can visit you. Access to the vacation rental and the first terrace are not visible from the host's apartment. Only one of two kitchen windows overlooks the main driveway. Equipped with a blackout curtain, you can manage your privacy. Other things to note Right next to the property, two alleys lead you to the shops, the 12th century Abbey, the Château Musée de la Guesdière and its French gardens, as well as the leisure center of Saint Leu d'Esserent. The house is built of cut stone. Ideal for keeping cool in the heat. This stone comes from the very soil of the garden. The quarries of Saint Leu d'Esserent and neighboring villages have allowed the construction of many historical monuments, the Abbey or the heart of the village are built of this same stone.
