St. Peter's in 20 min | Terrace in Palidoro
Description
Rome without the chaos of Rome: the Torre in Pietra-Palidoro station is a few minutes away by foot, and in 20 minutes by train you are in San Pietro. In the evening, you return to the silence, with an aperitif on the terrace among the eucalyptus trees. The Bambino Gesù Hospital in Palidoro is a few minutes away by car, and the sea at Passoscuro and Fregene are 15 minutes away. Inside: double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and smart TV, full kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher. Second floor with elevator, up to 4 guests. The space A simple and warm home, with terracotta floors that keep it cool in summer, a wooden spiral staircase that defines the living room, a Persian rug, and a few carefully chosen prints on the walls. It's not a designer apartment: it's a real home, the kind where you put your bag down and immediately feel at ease. Everything you need is on one level, on the third floor of a quiet building with an elevator, and the terrace overlooks the greenery. 🛋️ Living room with kitchenette This is the space where you live: light enters through the French doors to the terrace and rests on the rug and the wooden staircase. The table with wicker chairs is the place for a leisurely breakfast, for the laptop in the morning, and for dinner when you don't feel like going out. The smart TV where you can access your accounts and watch your favorite series, with the sofa for relaxing at the end of the day. The sofa opens up into a comfortable double bed for two more guests: perfect for a family with children or for two couples. The spiral staircase leads up to a small mezzanine that we use as a storage room. 🍳 Kitchen A fully equipped, linear kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine to start your morning off right. There is a kettle for evening tea and everything you need for a leisurely breakfast, a quick lunch when you return from the sea, or a dinner to share without having to look for a restaurant. 🛏️ Double bedroom A quiet room, with a blue upholstered double bed and warm lamps on the bedside tables so you can read a little more before turning them off. The window overlooks the trees: in the morning, you wake up with greenery and the sky, not with traffic. Clean sheets and towels are ready upon arrival. 🛁 Bathroom with bathtub A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower: a hot bath in the evening after a day of walking around Rome, or a quick shower in the morning before taking the train. Sink, toilet and bidet, a window for ventilation, and soaps already available. There is also a washing machine here, with an iron for those who stay a few more days. ☀️ Usable terrace This is the space that changes your stay: a large, private terrace overlooking the eucalyptus trees and the green of the countryside. The small table with wooden chairs is the place for coffee as soon as you wake up, for outdoor dining in the winter sun, and for a sunset aperitif on summer evenings when the air cools and you can only hear the wind in the trees. ❄️ Comfort and amenities Air conditioning for summer evenings and heating with radiators for the winter. Wi-Fi throughout the house, for working, planning the day, or watching something in the evening. Washing machine, iron, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Clean linens and soaps are included. Guest access The apartment is at guests' complete disposal: you will have the entire house just for you, including the terrace, with no shared spaces. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by elevator. For access, we use the self check-in service: you will receive all the instructions before arrival, so you can enter independently, without waiting and without appointments to keep. Other things to note Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete an online self-check-in via a link on our platform. It is a simple procedure that takes just a few minutes: thanks to this, access to the property is unlocked, as required by the Rome Police Headquarters. We recommend that you complete it at your leisure in the days before your trip, so that everything will be ready upon arrival. The spiral staircase in the living room leads to a small mezzanine that we use as a storage room: it is not a living space and is not part of the accommodation. If you are traveling with young children, keep this in mind. Registration Details IT058120C2LVCP9CYT
