Cozy ground floor apartment with garden near the city center

Leeuwarden is by far the most beautiful city in the Netherlands! And from this cozily furnished apartment, it is only a 5-minute walk to the city center. The 100-year-old cottage is located in the quiet, atmospheric Vossenparkwijk. The Prinsentuin and the Vossenpark are both around the corner, and the striking, leaning tower of the Oldenhove can almost be seen from the garden. Unwind with a cup of tea in the garden or go out for dinner in the city! Feel free to take the 2 bicycles with you. Make yourself at home! The space With a lot of love for details and atmosphere, we have converted this ground floor into an apartment ourselves. The shower, kitchen and toilet are new (2021) and from all rooms you have a view of the green city garden. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself, such as pans, oven, herbs, microwave and tableware. There is a kettle and coffee maker (with free coffee and tea). The TV has Netflix, and there is free WiFi. The cozy bedroom (with extra large and long mattress, also suitable for tall people!) has plenty of storage space for clothes. A hair dryer, curling iron and iron are provided. Our 2 bicycles can also be borrowed (free of charge) to discover the area. A barbecue can also be used in consultation. The house is also very suitable for longer stays. Guest access The entrance to the ground floor is through the backyard (side of the house). There is always ample parking in the neighborhood. (Blue zone). Leeuwarden train station is a 15-minute walk.
