Traveling with others? Our sister Airbnb, Nest By The Bay, is a 2 bedroom private loft at the rear of this building. The space Enter the loft through the front entrance on King St (double brown doors). You’ll receive a digital code for access—please note the exterior door may be unlocked weekdays (approx. 8am–6pm) while the main-floor business is open. If the office is closed, please ensure the exterior door is securely locked. Your private loft is located up one flight of stairs, with a separate entry, the same door code will be used. Free parking is available at the rear of the building. Most guests will park out front to unload and then move their car to our private lot at the rear. You can walk everywhere in downtown Midland, great location, no car needed. Smart TVs and unlimited WiFi throughout. Two full bathrooms with designer Maax Utile showers—one main and one private ensuite in the queen bedroom. The king bedroom features a 55" Smart TV; the queen bedroom includes a 42" Smart TV. A third smaller bedroom offers a queen bed. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with full-size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and Keurig (coffee & tea provided), plus in-suite washer and dryer. Exterior to the loft is a security camera in place for safety—please do not tamper with or block it. We are fortunate to have a security guard who lives next door and is available should any assistance be required. Only registered guests are permitted in the loft. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the number of guests staying in the unit, and notify the host of any visitors in advance. Monetary compensation will be requested if you disrespect our space.
