Located just a 1-minute walk from JR Nakagami Station and approximately a 15-minute drive from Yokota Air Base, the home is ideal for families, groups, base visitors, reunions and extended stays. The guest area occupies the entire second and third floors and includes three private bedrooms, a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and two toilets. Enjoy movies, Netflix or games on the 85-inch 4K TV, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, oven, rice cooker, electric kettle, cookware, tableware, children’s dishes and basic seasonings. Each bedroom has its own lock, providing privacy for families and groups traveling together. With two separate bathrooms and two toilets, the home is also well suited to larger groups. A luggage-only elevator is available for carrying large suitcases between floors. For maximum comfort, we recommend up to 10 guests. ＜Privacy and Host Support＞ Guests have a private entrance and exclusive use of the second and third floors. The host’s office is located on the first floor, with a completely separate entrance and no shared guest areas. Your privacy will be respected, while assistance is nearby if you need help during your stay. We may be unable to accommodate guests who do not provide the requested information. ＜Parking＞ One covered parking space is available on the first floor of the building. Please let us know in advance if you plan to arrive by car. If you are bringing more than one vehicle, please use one of the nearby paid parking lots. ＜Noise＞ The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please keep gatherings within reasonable limits and be considerate of our neighbors, especially after 9:00 PM. Excessive noise and disruptive parties are strictly prohibited. ＜No Smoking＞ Smoking is prohibited everywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. This includes the rooms, balconies and parking area. If smoking, discarded cigarette butts or related odors are found, a penalty of ¥30,000 plus tax may be charged to cover deodorizing and special cleaning costs. ＜House Etiquette＞ Please remove your shoes before entering the living areas. Guests may be charged for the repair or replacement of any damaged, stained or missing furniture, equipment or other property. ＜Cleaning＞ Daily cleaning service is not provided during your stay. Additional cleaning may be arranged for longer stays upon advance request. An additional fee will apply. ＜Waste Disposal＞ Please separate everyday household waste according to the instructions in the house guide. Additional disposal fees may apply if guests leave excessive amounts of waste, items requiring paid disposal, suitcases, large bags or other oversized items. Please contact us in advance if you need to dispose of anything unusual, oversized or beyond the normal amount of household waste. ＜Registered Guests Only＞ Only the number of guests included in the reservation may enter and stay at the property.
