Typical of Normandy, our two half-timbered houses accommodate 14 people in a garden with a large swimming pool (accessible from April to October depending on the weather), petanque court and small stream on the edge. This picturesque setting is ideal for relaxing, with family or friends. The gîte is located in Méry-Corbon, less than 10 minutes from Beuvron-en-Auge and 25 minutes from the famous beaches of Cabourg and Houlgate. The space The two lodges, facing each other, are composed as follows: Small gîte: On the ground floor: a double bedroom with a small desk; - An equipped kitchen (electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine), and dining area with table and chairs; - a shower room with toilet; On the first floor: - A sofa bed on a mezzanine with a TV (connection only by internet - no access to TNT channels); - A bedroom with a double bed; Large gîte: On the ground floor: - A double bedroom with TV (internet connection only - no access to TNT channels); - A second double bedroom; - An equipped kitchen (kitchen piano with ovens, American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle); - A shower room; - A separate toilet; - a living room with TV (access to basic channels by Freebox) and fireplace (usable depending on the season); - a dining room with a large table and chairs; - a storage space under the stairs; On the first floor: - a sofa bed on the landing area; - a large master bedroom with sink and toilet (a shower is present but not usable); A baby crib is on site; Finally, in front of each house you will find a terrace with a table and chairs. A barbecue to enjoy the sunny days. And of course, deckchairs for the heated pool until mid to late October depending on the temperatures of the season. Sheets are provided but bath towels are not. Other things to note Noise and loud music are prohibited in the pool shelter (resonance) and after 10 p.m. in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Thank you for understanding. If between April and mid-October, the pool was not functional due to a technical problem: a discount of 100 euros will be made. Outside of these periods, the prices of the reservation, taking into account the lack of access to the pool, apply in full.
