ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THIS COMPLEX. FINES for smoking. Our unique condo is easily accessible from I-80. We are 1.5 miles from restaurants, the grocery and drugstore, and the lake. For skiers and snowboarders, the condo is 10 minutes from Northstar, 20 minutes from Diamond Peak, and 30 minutes from Palisades. In the summer, the complex features a summer pool, bocce court, tennis, and plenty of open space. We love kids, but our place is not great for children under 3 years old. This is a family home with modern amenities that is ideally suited for 1-2 families. 3 BR + loft. If you are a snow sports enthusiast, we have racks to store your gear when you walk in, along with a cozy gas stove upstairs where you can warm up. If you prefer sunny days in the summer, enjoy the complex's pool, bocce court, picnic area, and tennis court. Enough space for family meals with a table that seats 6 and an additional kitchen island with three seats. Sectional sofa to relax, and a Big Joe bean bag comfy enough to sleep on! The community amenities include a seasonal pool (Memorial Day - Labor Day), an indoor fitness center with a treadmill, elliptical machine, and stationary bike, and a tennis court (outdoor). There are showers and restrooms in the fitness center. Guest access Entire space. Other things to note This is a unit in a condo complex. Two of the bedrooms face the parking area, while the other two sleeping spaces are tucked into the condo. Note that two twin beds are in the loft area, which has an open ceiling, and may take in noise from the living room. The highway, 267, is nearby, so you will hear some of the traffic. However, the condo is not directly facing 267. Additionally, please be reminded that you are sharing a wall with our neighbor, and that there are full-time residents in the complex. No AC in the unit. We have several fans throughout the condo. Be sure to remove food from your vehicle and avoid storing food on the first floor of the condo. Bears are very active in the summer. Some have entered condos in the early AM hours in search of food. Please be vigilant.
