At the top of the old Arild is this little gem where you can enjoy the finest sunsets in the summer and the clear stars in the winter sky from the first floor. You have the entire house to yourself on your own plot including an orangery and two terraces. Price includes bedding and towels, etc. The house is new, beautiful and invitingly renovated with blue shades, art and antique furniture. There's also a heat pump with AC. It is possible to be six people, perfect for four. We welcome you to Kullaberg🌞 The space In the house there is a ground floor and first floor. Ground floor: You enter the living room, which contains a table with room for 6 people and a small sofa. A small well-equipped kitchen with a summer house feel. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with double bed and exit to the garden. 1st floor Steep stairs go up to a large room with a bed on each side, but no walls/doors. The first floor is well suited for older children and not suitable for toddlers. Sea view to the north. The house is small but feels large indoors. All the basics needed in everyday life are there, but the big attraction is nature right in front of the door:) Very well suited for 4 people. 6 people is a bit of a squeeze in terms of refrigeration and bathing, but if this is accepted, it works well with 6 considerate people. Small children: If you come with small children, then two children can be in the living room under special conditions, if you can accept beds in there and make sure they do not play on the stairs, which are a little too steep for small children. The house is not particularly safe for small children. Write if you are more than two people - maybe we can find a solution. Workplace: Just tell me if you're going to work there, and we'll fix you up with a good chair:) You are not allowed to have visitors or parties. Nor can you have more people than you, who are on the booking. Max 6 people. Thank you for respecting this.
