Tucked away in a quiet secluded valley just 3 miles inland from the North Cornish coast lies Hendra Retreat . Set in a peaceful location away from traffic. We have 3 modern barn conversions here that offer accommodation with self-catering facilities for those who prefer an independent break. Milking Parlour is a contemporary and stylish barn with free parking . We are just ten minutes drive to the coast ideal for families. The space Milking Parlour is a quirky upside down barn. The large open plan inviting living/kitchen space is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, WIFI and a 40" Smart TV. Downstairs there are 2 small bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other has 2 x 2 ft 6 beds all are standard uk length and have a TV. Maybe more suited for 2 adults and 2 children A bathroom with a quality Myra shower. A 6ft fenced in private garden with all-weather artificial. It has a BBQ table. You will need to provide a disposable BBQ for this to sit on top. Also has garden furniture. We have a large maintained field with stunning views for families to enjoy right beside your property. Our guests tell us it is an excellent extra. We have our own spring water supply that is UV filtered to British Standards. EV CHARGER new for 2022 This is a smart EV project charger. You will need to download the app. You will need your own lead. All instructions are beside the charger. Prices are 80 p per kwh which can go up or down and £1 connection fee. The price reflects the installation costs and the convenience of being able to charge on site. Check out Hendra retreat holiday barns Guest access Parking for 2 cars right opposite the property. Please park sensibly on the tarmac. BBQ table for disposable BBQ'S only. Guests to supply these. Shared utility room with laundry facilities, tap outside for wet suits to be washed off and a washing line to hang up. Other things to note There is an extra charge of £40 per dog per stay (max 1 dog)This has to be paid prior to arrival via air bnb. Guests to bring all bedding, cage etc. No dogs are to go on beds or sofas. We have a field for your dogs. Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times. All poo to be picked up and put in the bin by the recycling. Any damage to anything will be charged to you. Internet is usually very good however we are rural and occasionally lose it . This is out of our control and cannot be responsible for it . No smoking in the house but in the garden is okay. No parties or events. Be respectful and quiet after 11. Check in is anytime after 4pm Check out by 10am prompt. You will incur an additional charge of £20 per hour thereafter. Respect other guests. We DO NOT charge a cleaning fee like most people as we want to keep YOUR COSTS down . To help us We ask guests to Put the recycling/rubbish out, Strip the beds and put in a bundle.. Do all your dishes. Travel cots and highchairs are available. Guests are to bring all bedding for these. Please let us know in advance should you want one. We also have 2 more barns next to each other, one sleeps 4 (Owl's roost) one sleeps 6(Piglet's). They have the best sound proofing as the walls are very thick. Check in is at 1600hrs. Early check in from 2pm if we can staff this for an additional £25.00 to be paid in cash. Please let us know in advance. We are away from passing traffic. Peace and quiet yet 20 mins to the main A30 Opportunity to spend time with nature and beautiful calm surroundings.
