The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets! The space The house is a fairly new construction with plenty of space to stretch out. If in the mood to check out the area, there’s plenty to do and see including: Cicero Swamp Wildlife Management Area Cicero Historical Society Big Don’s Wild River Mini Golf Get Air Trampoline Park The Eclectic Chic Antique Vendor Mall in nearby Oneida The Point Place Casino in Bridgeport Visit our Cicero Guidebook for links to these great places and more! Guest access Guests have the whole house, yard and 50’ private shoreline to themselves. The garage is not accessible and Housekeeping has one locked closet that is not accessible. Other things to note The dock is generally in the water from May through mid September. Guests who book Airbnb listings that are located in Onondaga County, NY will pay the following tax as part of their reservation: Onondaga County Hotel Room Occupancy Tax: 7% of the listing price including any cleaning fees, for reservations 29 nights and shorter.
