First floor has an Eat-in Kitchen, Screened-in Porch, Full-Bathroom and Living Room. Living Room has a couch with a Queen-sized  pull-out for guests. Second Floor has 2 Bedrooms. Master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and Second bedroom with a Twin-sized bunk bed. Second floor comfortably sleeps 4.   Generator power for Hot water, lights and showers.
