Triple Room - Large Double / single with en-suite

We live in a detached house with private driveway, close to South Downs National Park. Only 20 min drive from Portsmouth and the historic shipyard or 30 min drive from Winchester with its Cathedral and shopping, Guildford or Chichester and Goodwood. You’ll love my place because of it's homely and cosy. We are a friendly couple with loads of local knowledge and lots of ideas of where to eat, drink and visit. My place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The space Your room is on the first floor with its own new en-suite bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. There is plenty of space to hang your clothes and there is a chest of drawers for doing your hair and make-up. The bathroom has an over mirror light. There are radiators in the bedroom and bathroom both have there own controls for adjusting the heat. The room can sleep up to 3 people, one Queen size bed and one single bed all with single duvets. There is a TV with a Roku stick so you can watch any of your streaming channels. Guest access There is a lovely garden room which you are welcome to use. Other things to note We work from home and occasionally have clients visit during office hours. There is plenty of space in our driveway for vehicles or if you have a bike we are happy to store it in our garage. We offer a basic, help yourself, breakfast of cereal and toast which is included in the price.
