The space The Grape House is a spacious 1,600-square-foot home located within the Nucla town limits. The property includes a large, fully fenced yard connected to a large open field, giving guests plenty of room to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful sunsets. The field is part of the rental and has a separate access road if needed. A lighted carport is located inside the fenced yard, with additional parking available in the private driveway and along the street. The front entrance has no stairs, making it easy to bring in luggage, groceries, and outdoor gear. The home has one full bathroom with two mirrored getting-ready stations. Each of the three bedrooms also has a mirror and space to get ready, allowing several guests to comfortably prepare for the day. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, fenced yard, open field, lighted carport and all parking areas. The only areas unavailable to guests are the two private storage sheds: one attached to the carport and the separate green shed.
