Beach Loft

The Beach/Ski Loft is located in the West end of Wasaga Beach. We are 12 km from downtown Collingwood and 21 km (25 minute drive) from Blue Mountain Village. We are a 5-7 minute walk or short bike ride to a quiet family friendly beach. The newly renovated loft is independent of the main house, an above garage apartment. It features cathedral ceilings finished in pine and a modern bathroom. The treed neighborhood is quiet and serene. Perfect for a couple, or two adults with 1 child. The space There are bunk beds in the bedroom. These will be replaced spring 2025 with a queen bed. It is an open loft style bedroom. Currently the bottom bunk is a Double and the top is a Twin. Both mattresses are new (2019) Kingsdown Mattresses with full mattress covers. Pillows also all have hypo-allergenic and anti-bacterial covers. There is a kitchenette renovated 2025. Included is a double induction cook top with a full set of new induction pots & pans, microwave, toaster, small coffee machine, kettle and full size fridge and Toshiba convection oven and rotisserie extra large toaster oven. A 4 person dining table and 2 counter bar seats are yours for dining. Designer utensils and glassware. 3 piece bathroom and living area with 55” flat screen Smart TV with a dvd player, complete with 100 dvds, Netflix, Prime and Disney+. Several books and board games are also stored in the loft for your enjoyment. Brand new Simmons sofa and love-seat March 2021. New refurbishing and decor as of November 2021. Antibacterial cleaner and soap provided for your use and comfort. We also have many cleaners, j-cloths (paper towels not provided) and a regular sized dust pan with small hand broom. We do not allow any dogs and there are no exceptions to this. Guest access The loft is separate from the home but attached. Guest access is through a back patio door. This is a private entrance but the mud room it opens to is shared but will not be used by owners at all during your stay. The driveway is also shared but the left lane is yours (1 vehicle permitted). The back deck (including patio furniture, bbq, dining set) and yard (including tub) are for exclusive use of the home owners, and off limits to guests at all times. Other things to note The Superstore is only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk down the street. 15 minutes walking will take you to Tim Hortons, Twisted Indian, St. Louis BBQ, A&W and Starbucks. We included a manual in the loft with "house rules", local happenings and brochures, as well as a personal suggestions list of restaurants. Parking for 1 vehicle is provided. We have renovated most of the kitchenette area in winter 2025.
