The space This large, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is set on 5 acres of river front. Grassy and tree filled beauty. There is a yurt to practice yoga or for meditation. Enjoy an additional outdoor hot shower on the river. Bring a snack and a bottle of wine down to the river front screened in deck or BBQ in our sweet outdoor kitchen. Guest access The house is all yours and is set privately away from other residents and guests. The shared spaces of the glamp camp are available to you including a screened in porch right on the river, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and sink, the Yoga Yurt and really cool outdoor shower. Ask about using the Kayaks. This 5 acre land is also available for groups up to 20 people with beds, bathrooms, showers and so much more! Other things to note Our mission statement: We strive to provide a clean, beautiful, thoughtful and unique stay. We also strive to be mindful of all aspects that contribute to climate change and excessive waste. Therefore, though all linens are guaranteed fresh and clean, as well as towels, sponges, etc. They might have acquired permanent stains due to our high iron water and some guests use of oil based body products. All linens are laundered prior to your stay. We provide 1 gallon of potable water and discourage you bringing in your own plastic container if your intent is a one time use, then to be discarded. If you need more water, Bodes is 1 mile up the road and has a great filtered water dispenser. The tap water can be used for cooking, cleaning and the pets seem to lap it right up without complaint. This is nature. There will be dirt, bugs, and plant debris. Dogs are allowed in every rental and all communal spaces. If you have brought a dog, please be sure to monitor its behavior to all other guests. No barking or bugging. Please clean up after your dog and bring a clean cover, if your dog is allowed on the bed or couch. If you produce more trash than the provided bins, please pack it out when you leave. Also, please separate the trash from the recycle, or we have to do it for you. There is a large, communal recycle can in the parking area.
