The space The home features three bedrooms, each with its own private bath, plus an additional half bath. While the home is intentionally compact, it has been thoughtfully designed to maximize space, comfort, and designed primarily for restful sleeping, while the homes spacious outdoor living areas encourage guests to relax and enjoy the terrace, pool patio, ocean views, and surrounding natural beauty. Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry room, and open living spaces throughout the home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor living areas, including the pool, terrace, patio spaces, and surrounding property areas. Guests also have access to the enclosed storage area attached to the side of the house , which is perfect for storing surfboards, beach chairs, fishing gear, and other outdoor equipment during your stay. The main storage garage and the separate on site shed are reserved for the homeowners personal items and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note This is a peaceful and remote off-grid property designed for guests looking to relax, disconnect, and enjoy the natural beauty of Baja's East Cape. While the home includes modern conveniences such as air conditioning, Starlink Wi-Fi, and reliable solar power, guests should expect a quiet desert environment with wildlife, natural terrain, and limited nearby development. A vehicle is recommended for getting around the East Cape area, and a 4x4 may be helpful for accessing some nearby beaches and off road areas. The property is located behind private locked gates, and detailed arrival instructions will be provided before check in. Please note that there are no nearby gas stations or large supermarkets in the immediate area, so we recommend stocking up on groceries, fuel, and supplies before arriving to the East Cape.
