The Scandinavian inspired house is perfect for families, offering a range of amenities e.g. game room (pool table, darts, Xbox), TV room, gym, large private garden with lounge, dining, BBQ and play equipment for kids. Consists of five large bedrooms, open plan kitchen/lounge/dining and modern appliances. The space The home's spacious layout works well for a family or group. A focal point for the house is the large, well-equipped kitchen, living and dining room facing the garden with huge sliding doors giving access to the terrace. All rooms are well-maintained and comfortably furnished. The house is conveniently located near Sevenoaks town centre and local train stations. Train connections to London are frequent. House has a large driveway and surrounded by hedges offering privacy as well as flower beds. Guest access The house comprises of 5 comfortable bedrooms of which three of them are kids bedrooms but suitable for adults to sleep in. It offers a large kitchen/dining/lounge, a separate play room with darts and football table, and a TV room with 55” 4k television and satellite connection. Wifi is included. Small gym in garage with bench, weights and pull-up bar. There are 2 well-appointed bathrooms – both with showers and one also with a bath. In addition, there is toilet on the ground floor. There is utility space with washing machine and dryer. Plenty of storage space and a large entrance hallway. Sightseeing You are perfectly located to explore the many sights, charming towns and villages in the Southeast. There is a wealth of National Trust venues that can be reached by car within 30 mins. Our favourites are our “local” Knole House, Churchill’s Chartwell, Igtham Mote, and Emmets Gardens.
