Located near the Gower Peninsula, our home offers seclusion and easy access to local attractions. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; ideal for families, couples, and groups. Spacious kitchen, adjoining living/dining area with an open fireplace. Games room/bar, wood-fired hot tub & sauna, cold plunge, and BBQ. The space Outside Space The property has a large, private driveway with parking for up to four cars. Outside, you’ll find a spacious private area designed for relaxing and enjoying the countryside, with a wood-fired hot tub, sauna and cold plunge. There is also a BBQ area with an outdoor sink and outdoor furniture, making it ideal for long summer evenings or cosy nights under the stars. Kitchen The large, modern kitchen is spacious and well equipped, with a generous central island providing plenty of preparation space. The kitchen has everything you need for a relaxed self-catering stay, including an American-style fridge freezer, modern oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A coffee maker, cookware, cutlery and crockery are all provided. There is also a TV, so you can enjoy a little entertainment while cooking or relaxing on the comfortable banquette seating. Games Room & Bar The games room is a great space for guests of all ages to unwind and have some fun. It features a pool/snooker table which can also be converted for table tennis, as well as a dartboard and a selection of board games, great for some relaxed family competition. The bar makes this a perfect spot for an evening drink. Living & Dining Room The cosy living and dining room is centred around a beautiful inglenook fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming space to relax after a day exploring the Welsh countryside. A large L-shaped sofa provides comfortable seating, with a 75-inch Smart TV for movie nights. The dining table seats six and provides a lovely space for meals together. There is also a workspace with a desk and office chair for anyone who needs to catch up on work during their stay. Ground Floor Bathroom The spacious ground-floor bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin, providing convenient facilities close to the main living areas. Bedrooms Upstairs, you’ll find four individually styled bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for up to seven guests. Single Bedroom: A comfortable single bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, bedside table and full-length mirror make this a cosy and practical room. Double Bedroom: The double bedroom offers a comfortable bed, TV, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. USB charging ports are provided at the bedside tables, and there is a full-length mirror. Bunk Bedroom: A fun and comfortable room featuring bunk beds, a TV, small built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, making it particularly well suited to children or younger guests. Master Bedroom with Ensuite: The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious super-king bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, two-seater sofa and armchair, creating a relaxing private retreat. Double doors open onto a balcony with stunning views of the Welsh countryside and the Gower Peninsula. The ensuite bathroom includes both a shower and bath, as well as a toilet and wash basin. First Floor Bathroom The first-floor bathroom features a beautiful freestanding bath, perfect for a relaxing soak, along with a toilet and wash basin. Guest access Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire house and garden throughout their stay. The garden area includes the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge, and is fully fenced for privacy. Access is through the black metal gates. Please note that the area outside of the black metal gates is private property, and guests do not have access to the garage and grassy area located outside of the metal gates. Other things to note The hot tub and sauna can be pre-heated by the host so they are ready to use upon your arrival. Please note that a £50 charge applies for this service. One complimentary bag of wood will be provided for guests to fuel the hot tub and sauna. Additional bags can be purchased for £10 each.
