Yet you are a 2 min drive to the beautiful beach of Friar's bay and halfway to Juliana airport and the town of Grand Case recognized as the gastronomic town of the Caribbean. the villa has 3 bedrooms and an optional independent studio for a fee. water is non-potable /tank with UV filter The space If you are looking to escape, this villa will be your ideal. Wake up every morning to the beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea with a thousand shades of blue. Apart from the view, the most surprising thing about the villa is its indoor PATIO, shaded it is the favorite place for a little nap or relax with a book listening to music. Our villa consists of 3 bedrooms including one with 2 twin beds that can be brought together to form a king size bed. private bathroom and air conditioning in each of them. there is a toilet in the bathroom of the second bedroom and a toilet independent of the bedrooms. The 4 bedroom OPTIONAL fee is an individual studio with kitchenette and full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is open on the patio side or terrace side overlooking the pool and ocean. Lie on the comfortable sun loungers for moments of relaxation and tanning. Our property also includes two studios behind the villa and one apartment downstairs from the villa. These homes are completely independent with their entrances and private space. And why not rent them also for a family supplement? The laundry room is independent and can be shared by Julia who remains discreet when it is necessary to pass by. We will also intervene twice a week for cleaning and controlling the pool (we have access from the outside no need to be present and we do not access the villa If you feel like it , discover our beautiful sandy beaches and nearby islands. Guest access I live in an independent accommodation but at the bottom of the villa. The villa is completely independent and not overlooked . I'm discreet. Other things to note Water is scarce in Saint Martin . At home it is a cistern and it is not drinkable. We ask for the kindness of turning off the water when you don't have the utility and not letting the water run during the shower when it comes time to soap . Thank you for your attention. Similarly for electricity ( the air conditioning works very well and is quick to cool the rooms ) remember to cut these when you are not in the rooms. We ask you to respect the number of beds for which you have booked. We do not accept pets in the villa.
