Beautiful villa, Kyla's offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Nestled in a quiet subdivision where there are only houses and set back from the road. However, you are 2 minutes by car from the beautiful beach of Friar's Bay and halfway from Juliana Airport and the city of Grand Case, recognized as the Gastronomic City of the Caribbean. the villa has 3 bedrooms and an independent studio for an additional fee. the water is non-potable/Tank with UV filter The space If you are looking to escape, this villa will be ideal for you. Wake up every morning facing the beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea with a thousand shades of blue. Apart from the view, the most surprising thing in the villa is its indoor PATIO, shaded, it is the favorite place for a nap or to relax with a book while listening to music. Our villa consists of 3 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed. Private bathroom and air conditioning in each of them. There is a toilet in the bathroom of the second bedroom and a separate toilet from the bedrooms. The 4th bedroom, OPTIONAL and paid, is a single studio with its own kitchenette and full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked. The living room is open on the patio side or terrace side with views of the pool and ocean. Lie on the comfortable sun loungers for moments of relaxation and sunbathing. Our property also includes two studios at the back of the villa and an apartment at the bottom of the villa. These accommodations are completely independent with their entrances and private space. And why not rent them too for a family addition? The laundry room is independent and can be shared by Julia, who remains discreet when it is necessary to go there. We will also intervene twice a week for cleaning and checking the pool (we have access from the outside, no need to be present, and we do not access the villa If you feel like it, discover our beautiful sandy beaches and neighboring islands. Guest access I live in an independent accommodation but at the bottom of the villa. The villa is completely independent and not overlooked. I'm discreet. Other things to note Water is scarce in Saint Martin. At our place, it's a cistern and it's not potable. We kindly ask you to turn off the water when you do not need it and not to let the water run during the shower when soaping. Thank you for your time. Similarly for electricity (the air conditioners work very well and are quick to cool the rooms) remember to turn them off when you are not in the rooms. We ask that you respect the number of beds you have booked. We do not accept pets in the villa.
