Family villa with pool and garden

Beautiful Provencal villa 13 km from Nîmes, 20 minutes from Avignon and Pont du Gard. The property is ideal for cousinades or reunion with friends. On a dead end, children can go biking or go to the village park at 5 minutes walk. The Nîmes TGV station will be at the entrance of the village at the end of summer 2018. Local shops and bus stops within 5 minutes walk. The 8x4 pool is doubly secured by an approved barrier, to which we added a padlock. All linens are provided: all you have to do is leave your personal luggage! 2 double rooms, with an extra umbrella bed and 2 extra mattresses (10 years old), 1 triple room, 1 twin room and 1 room with 1 loft bed.
