( This price is just for the meals , this price done not include stay cost ) Security Deposit of INR 10,000 Refundable check out Time. -As per company policy, In case of a Single caretaker ,the caretaker cannot leave the villa premises, as the property must not remain unattended. -The villa is in a peaceful, isolated location . although there are shops nearby open till 8-10 Pm , The markets are quite far. It is advised to carry all essential items with you before arrival. -Please note that Zomato/Swiggy services are subject to availability. -We have an inverter for backup. During power cuts, we request guests to use electricity responsibly. Our intent is to give best possible experience to our clients . But incase of major problem from MSEB, We don’t commit 24/7 AC to our clients.
