Shopping like discount stores are a block or 200 m away. The studio is very well lit. The workplace is very bright. The space Studio is minimally equipped to focus on the important points: working, sleeping, chilling in one room + large very sunny balcony. No air conditioning. Windows have a view-sun protection film. Especially if you stay here longer for a project or move, it is ideal for one person.
