Comfortable, well-equipped house, ideal for hosting, family or group of friends. Located in the upper town. Drive to the city centre and the beach in 10 min. Public transit (tram or bus) nearby. Terrace with garden furniture. If you come by car, a parking space is provided for you a few meters from the house to simplify your life. Business travelers will find the calm they need for their work. We do not offer breakfast. The space FETARDS A MUST-SEE: NO PARTIES, NO EVENING Well equipped, the small annex is comfortable and you will feel good there. If you have a vehicle, it will be safely parked in the courtyard a few meters from the listing. Guest access Only our cat will be able to disturb you on the terrace by asking for a few caresses. The house is entirely dedicated to travelers. At the back of the courtyard, it is quiet, away from the noise of the street even if we are close to the city center. We don't have breakfast. Other things to note We are neighbors and other houses are nearby, making it IMPOSSIBLE to organize parties and evenings in the small annex.
