Our new build home is available for an enjoyable stay near Landshut, Germany. Lovely furnished and with a high standard, the apartment with a spacious private terrace is located in a very quiet village. Wonderful place to relax, enjoy nature or just spend a night with family before a flight at the Munich airport. The space The apartment has a large living room with a dining area, from which you can access three additional rooms: the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishes, utensils, and a variety of spices. The bedroom features a wide double bed for 2 people and a wardrobe. A crib is also available for toddlers. For accommodations for up to 4 people, the two 1-meter sofas are used for sleeping. The terrace includes a lounge area and a dining table. Guest access The house is located on a dead-end street, and parking is possible in the carport on the right side as well as on the street. Access is through the carport and a staircase, leading to a separate entrance with code access. Other things to note The apartment is unfortunately only accessible by private car. Trains, buses, or Uber require long travel times and are limited in terms of schedule. Within 15 minutes, you can reach the city of Landshut with its medieval fortress, Trausnitz Citadel, and the old town for shopping and dining. Also nearby are Moosburg an der Isar and the Freising Monastery, where brewing traditions began and the oldest brewery is located. Within 25 minutes, you can also reach Therme Erding, the largest thermal spa in the world. Additionally, for a visit to the jazz city of Burghausen with the longest castle in the world, allow for approximately one hour. Please note that Munich is about 45 minutes away, and destinations like Zugspitze or Neuschwanstein require a 2-hour drive, but it's advisable to allocate more time during peak hours.
