Centrally heated, underfloor heating in bathrooms, walk in showers, roll top bath, dining table to seat 6, sofas to sit 7. Ample parking. Guest access Access to fields and paths to Birchden Wood, Harrisons Rocks, Groombridge Place Gardens and Broadwater Forest. 3.5 miles Tunbridge Wells, 1.5 miles Eridge Station, both with trains to London and coast, 0.5 mile to village with Spa Valley Steam Train, bakers, pubs with good food, Post Office, general store, cricket ground and childrens play ground.
