Winter Rates: Catskills Mountain Sanctuary

Our cabin is located in the stunning Catskills area of Neversink, NY. A perfect hideaway to embrace a mountain visit, with modern conveniences. 2 acres of private, park-like land, that’s incredibly zen and encourages wandering. Sit near our koi pond, or relax on our decks–each with a view of Lake Paradise. A peaceful sanctuary, our 2 Bedroom cabin features a seasonal (Nov-Apr) wood-burning fireplace, views of nature, and modern amenities for those who don't want to fully unplug. The space 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. The main area is an open plan, with a stocked kitchen for cooking, a living room, a dining area, and a den. Spacious outdoor decks, a koi pond, and a furnished seasonal deckhouse (May-October). The primary bedroom is perfect for lounging. With a high-end queen-sized (firmer) Tempur-Pedic mattress and foam topper, and a full glass sliding door to a balcony, you are surrounded by nature with a view of the lake. The second bedroom has a high-end full-sized (softer) Awara mattress and a view of our front-of-house park-like landscaping. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower. Our large kitchen is equipped with a full-size convection oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee makers, sharp knives, and all the utensils, pots, and pans (including cast iron) you could need. Our Jotul Winterport fireplace (Oct-Apr) is an excellent spot to sit with a cup of tea/coffee and warm up. Key features: - Private, quiet, nature destination - 15 minutes from the town of Liberty with multiple grocery stores, drug stores, wine shops, and a bakery. 25 minutes from the town of Livingston Manor, with multiple cafes, vintage retail, and local shops. - Lots of windows that connect you with tons of sunlight, mountain birds, the occasional visiting deer, views of our mountain lake— and the nature that surrounds it. - Landscaped park-like features: we encourage wandering and outdoor relaxation. The key hangs next to the door, in case someone needs to go down there for an urgent matter: breaker switch, plumbing, furnace, etc. Thanks! Other things to note In the Winter, we supply one complimentary bundle of wood for guests. You can buy extra wood from us for $15/ bundle, so you don’t have to drive to pick it up.
