Quiet location, on an estate with 22 accommodations in an old renovated stone silkworm farm, nestled on a hill with a superb 360 ° view, landscaped 3-hectare site, 20M x 10M swimming pool, bowling pitch, ping pong, table football, billiards and area children's games. This large cottage can accommodate a large family and friends. A large kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, 1 bedroom and bathroom / shower with separate toilet and a large mezzanine with several beds. The price does not include bed linen (€ 10 per bed), towels, tea towels and optional air conditioning. Free WIFI in the cottage and on the domain - Free provision of baby bed (call us before to book them, a deposit will be requested). Optional household linen possible (10 € per bed set). Restaurant, Bar and Pizzeria on site open from Easter to the end of September. Possibility to order take-out pizzas and a large choice of ice cream. Animations are offered in July and August by a facilitator (hiking offered every Monday morning, running offered once a week, pétanque competition, ping pong competition, karaoke, themed meal, dancing evening, water games, etc ...). Our area is next to the Ardèche gorges and the Pont d'Arc cave. We work with service providers for canoeing, canyoning, caving, mountain biking, Ayurvedic massages which come every Sunday evening (July and August) during the welcome drinks.
