2nd Home is a spacious apartment designed for comfortable longer stays. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room, dedicated workspace, fiberglass internet, king-size bed, ample storage, washing machine, and all the comforts of home. Located in the historic center of Świdnica, with shops, cafés, and restaurants just a short walk away, it is the perfect home away from home for work, travel, or extended visits. The space 2nd Home is a newly renovated, spacious apartment in the heart of the historic centre, located on a side street just off the main square. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a historic building without an elevator. Free parking is available in the courtyard behind the building. The heart of the apartment is the living room, featuring a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a bed, armchair and coffee table. A dedicated workspace with rooftop views and an ergonomic chair is ready for any home-office challenge. For your entertainment and relaxation, a Smart TV with cable channels and streaming services is available. The rocking chair beside the traditional tiled stove provides the perfect place to unwind on long (winter) evenings. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals as you would at home. It includes an oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, coffee and tea cups, and wine glasses. A skylight fills the kitchen with plenty of natural daylight. In the bedroom, a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) with medium-firm mattresses supports a good night's sleep. Ample storage space is available in the wardrobes and a cozy reading corner provides the perfect spot for relaxing. You can access the toilet directly from the bedroom through a discreet hidden door. A baby crib is available upon request. The spacious bathroom is fully equipped and offers excellent lighting options. It features a double sink, a large shower, plenty of storage space, a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer. A baby changing table is available upon request. A separate toilet is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom. It also serves as a storage area for cleaning supplies, allowing you to keep the apartment tidy during longer stays. Optional cleaning services are available upon request. The mezzanine, our "Stairway to Heaven," is currently undergoing renovation and is not accessible. The rooftop terrace is also unavailable at this time. As mentioned above, the apartment is located in the historic centre of Świdnica. Shops, restaurants, cafés and other amenities are just a short walk away. We hope you get cosy in your home away from home!
