Peaceful setting, close to amenities and transport

The Milking Parlour is a single storey studio, it is in a quiet enclave composing of a farmhouse, and various renovated farm buildings making up 4 residences. We are situated about 50m from the main road and bus stops for regular direct buses to Sheffield/Chesterfield . Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell. The space As you will see from the photos, you will have a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, sink, microwave, fridge, plus a mini oven with hob. There aren’t any laundry facilities but I am happy for you to use the Washer/Dryer in the main house. There is a Smart TV and WiFi . The bed is a King Size. I will provide, as standard, a superking duvet, two singles are also available, if preferred, just let me know. The duvets are feather, and pillows hyper allergenic, with hyper allergenic protectors on all items. Please let me know if you require fully hyper allergenic bedding. All my bedding is washed at 60 deg and towels at 90 deg, duvets and pillows regularly dry cleaned. Although there is not an electric coffee maker, I provide a cafetière and a moka stove top coffee maker. There is also a choice of ground coffee, instant coffee, a selection of teas, hot chocolate and biscuits, to help you settle in. Water and milk portions can be found in fridge (both semi skimmed and oat milk). Guest access The Milking Parlour is self contained so you have privacy in your own space. You will also have access to a private garden. I have recently installed a key safe and will send code on day of arrival. Other things to note Dronfield has a sports centre with gym and swimming pool and is equipped for a large range of other activities. No membership fee, pay as you use. We have a Sainsburys 1 mile away (who deliver) and plenty of small shops including chemists, doctors, hairdressers, co-op, butchers and post office within a few hundred metres. There are numerous pubs and restaurants within Dronfield and of course the Peak District a few miles away with a good selection of eating/drinking establishments.
