La Petite Grange can be found in the commune of Saint Germain et Mons, just 11 km east of Bergerac,with the river Dordogne flowing along the bottom of the garden. The cottage has been lovingly and thoughtfully converted to reveal original stonework and oak beams. This charming property is all on one level making it ideal with elderly people. It is very comfortable and spacious, giving plenty of room for just 2 people. Tiled throughout, it has a sitting room, dining/kitchen area, double bedroom and en-suite shower room. An original stone wall has been revealed dividing the sitting room and kitchen area, giving the cottage plenty of character. It is furnished with French furniture and has French television.
