The villa is located in front of the coast, overlooking the sunrise, in a small coastal settlement called Kastri Loutro, which borders the busiest beach in central Greece, Platamonas. On the ground floor of the villa is the 60 sq. m. space in question, two bedrooms (1 private and 1 shared), a kitchen, a living room, a toilet, a private terrace, and parking. The layout is suitable for accommodating 2–4 people. Suitable for families. The space There are several reasons that make our place special... let's explore these reasons together... We are authentic Airbnb-ers... this means that we fully follow the culture of the platform, which says that a house that is inhabited and has some space available or, even the whole house, the owners share it under certain regulations, for a fee, with travelers who are looking for such accommodation. Coexistence, as well as the use of common areas is very likely as well as the set of amenities, which is as desired by each host. The house has 2 levels (ground floor and first floor) and a yard that is divided into 2-3 parts. So in the summer of 2018, we decided that we could accommodate travelers on the ground floor along with a part of the yard while we would also live there. This is where mom Niki's unique hospitality comes in. With the comments about her taking first place and as a classic Greek, mom Niki always keeps some surprises for our guests and provides excellent hospitality with kindness and discretion. We're in front of the waves!This means that the air, the temperature, the sound of the sea and the general climate are different from the rest of the settlement (even in relation to the neighboring house) and directly affect our stay and the way we experience the place. Think how perfect it is to wake up in the morning, grab a bite, drink our coffee and after a while grab our towel and umbrella and go down "2 steps" for a swim without all the equipment we usually need!The bare essentials and we're ready... is the water we drink finished or heated??We go up to the house to get another... Are we hungry?? We go up to eat and go back to the beach! And so on... The design you will encounter is bold, elegant and modern...!We systematically deal with decoration and every year we add new touches combining ergonomics with design. Due to the fact that the interior is on the ground floor, it has enough natural coolness. But when it gets very hot, the air conditioner and the fan are there to balance the situation. The part of the courtyard that is exclusively for our guests is divided into two parts with different lounges and a clearly different atmosphere! A parking space is always waiting right outside the house. Access to the space is direct, unobstructed and very easy. We have been living in this house since 1984 and we are convinced that it is psychotherapy!!!!
