The studio has a queen-size bed with 2 recliners that vibrate and massage your back. It's truly a nice getaway! Guest access Posted Unit Address is: 1108 1/2 (Attached to 1108 Home, both addresses are posted on the buildings by their entrances) Other things to note The studio is attached to a home that has a family living in it; you will be able to hear muffled sounds of walking and talking from the family. There are no small children above so you won't hear screaming or jumping. However, you will hear muffled sound from tv, water from the shower and so forth. Also, My health is a top priority and since I'm highly allergic to animals I would not be able to host anyone with pets (including service animals) because I clean all of my listings. Mail & Package Policy: Guests are not allowed to use the property address for mail correspondence. Any mail received will be returned to sender and not be given to you. Please obtain a P.O. Box if you need to receive mail during your reservation. Amazon Packages Exception: The only exception I can make is for Amazon packages but they should be labeled exactly as followed: (Guest name) c/o (HOST Name) [Property Address] Amazon packages not labeled correctly as shown above, will be returned to sender. If Amazon packages are placed in the locked mailbox, guests do not have access to retrieve them.
