Villa close to the lake with its own wood-fired sauna in the yard. Only 5 minutes down to the swimming area with a dock. The house is perfect for families with children who want to enjoy beautiful, summery Sweden in a scenic setting close to both water and walks in the forest. Two cats live in the house, and there are chickens in the henhouse. The garden offers large areas for socializing and recreation. The space The house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, two toilets, and a bathroom with a shower, one bedroom with a double bed, and a small children's room with a single bed. In the living rooms, there are two sofas. In the laundry room there is washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there is a TV room with a sofa bed for two people, two smaller bedrooms with 47-inch (120-cm) beds, and a toilet/shower. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all rooms and areas that are not locked or designated as private. Other things to note Since you are renting our private home, we expect you to respect our private rooms, lockers, and belongings, and to let us know if something breaks or doesn't work. If possible for tenants, we would be grateful if you could take care of our cats and chickens during your stay.
