After taking the many walks from the house (on foot, by car or by bike), recreational, sporting or bucolic, come and rest at the bottom of the garden, by the Corbionne or enjoy a good fire... The space This house is classified as a *** tourist furnished accommodation, you will have spacious, comfortable and bright living rooms, including a heated veranda of 20 m2, which serves as a library/game room as well as a cozy living/dining room with fireplace of 32 m2. The house has a 50m2 west facing gated terrace on the front , and an enclosed garden with 300m2 east facing terrace, on the back , it overlooks the river, whose access has been secured. Due to its thick walls, the house stays cool in the summer. One of the bathrooms has a balneo shower. The house has 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Sheets as well as linens are provided, beds are made upon your arrival. Bath towels are only provided upon request (additional charge of 4 euros per person). End of stay CLEANING is included in your overall rate. You will have 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 are upstairs, 1 on the ground floor, the one on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom. A barbecue, a plancha as well as a raclette machine are at your disposal, as well as garden furniture for lunch or dinner outside. A garage that can serve as a bike room is also available.
