After having traveled the many walks from the house (on foot, on horseback, by car or by bike), recreational, sporting or bucolic, come and rest at the bottom of the garden, by the Corbionne. The space This house is classified as a *** furnished tourist accommodation, with a living area of 150 m2, you will have spacious, comfortable and bright living rooms, including a 20 m2 veranda, which serves as a second living/games room as well as a cozy living/dining room with a 32 m2 fireplace. The house has a 50 m2 enclosed terrace facing west on the front, and an enclosed garden with a 300 m2 terrace facing east, on the back, overlooking the river, access to which has been secured. Due to its thick walls, the house stays cool in summer. One of the bathrooms has a spa shower. The house has 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Sheets and linens are provided, beds are made upon arrival. Bath towels are only provided on request (extra 4 euros per person). The end of stay CLEANING is included in your overall rate. You will have 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 are upstairs, 1 on the ground floor, the one on the ground floor has an adjoining bathroom. A barbecue, a plancha and a raclette grill are at your disposal, as well as garden furniture for outdoor dining or lunch. A garage that can be used as a bike room is also available. A comic library as well as board games are available for the enjoyment of young and old in the living room-game room on the veranda. You can also find outdoor games in the cabin at the bottom of the garden. The banks (secure) of the Corbionne are equipped with a wooden terrace, very pleasant in season or mid-season. New in 2025, the garden has been redone thanks to wood cladding along all its lengths. The house is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and gourmet restaurant. A butcher's shop, the Lorin butcher's shop is 1 minute away by car (2 km). The house is at the crossroads of several hiking trails. If you wish to make a fire in the fireplace, we will leave at your disposal (at no extra cost) a basket filled with wood.
