After cruising the many walks from the house (on foot, on horseback by car or bike), recreational, sporty or bucolic, come and rest at the bottom of the garden, at the edge of the Corbionne. The space This house is classified as a furnished tourist property ** *, with a living area of 150m2, you will have spacious, comfortable and bright living rooms, including a 20m2 veranda, which serves as a second living/games room as well as a cozy living/dining room with 32m2 fireplace. The house has a 50m2 west facing gated terrace on the front , and an enclosed garden with 300m2 east facing terrace, on the back , it overlooks the river, whose access has been secured. Due to its thick walls, the house stays cool in the summer. One of the bathrooms has a balneo shower. The house has 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Sheets as well as linens are provided, beds are made upon your arrival. Bath towels are only provided upon request (additional charge of 4 euros per person). End of stay CLEANING is included in your overall rate. You will have 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 are upstairs, 1 on the ground floor, the one on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom.
