Connect with nature and relax among the pinon trees in a cozy, semi-rustic, 300 sq. ft. tiny home. Enjoy nearby hiking trails, open space, and skiing or snowboarding. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just 18 minutes from the Sandia Peak Ski Area, it's the perfect place to retreat back after a day on the slopes or to just get away from the hustle and bustle of the city! *Please note: there is no A/C! this is a tiny house in the woods- there are bugs and dirt! The space tiny house features include living space with pull out sofa, record player & records, VCR TV/VHS, collapsible table and folding chairs. kitchen with stove top, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, electric kettle, French press, and sink. the loft area has a king size bed with a large sky light window that opens and is perfect for stargazing. the bathroom has a tub and shower combo as well as a vanity sink and composting toilet. During the winter months we provide 5 gallons of purified drinking water & 40 gallons of water for showering, cooking, and dishes. Guest access Tiny house has its own driveway with a designated parking space directly in front of the tiny home. You can also park on Marcia Rd. You are free to use area surrounding tiny house, but please contact us before entering gates that access the yard as we have a lot of animals. Other things to note Please note there currently is no wifi in the tiny home. Cell reception for all carriers is great in this area though.
