Sandyville- A Riverside Retreat!

Cozy stay on the Little Sandy River, this cabin is a perfect place for your next friend vacation or couples retreat! Minimally furnished but with everything you need to enjoy a cup of coffee and head outdoors. All cabin rooms share a porch & access to the open area under cabin where simple meals can be fixed. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. Backyard has a split level dock right on the river. Towels & linens provided. 2 Kayaks available with rental. Message us with PFD sizes needed. The space Our cabin is perfect for friends or family that want to take a break from screen time and decompress in the great outdoors. Located 2.0 miles from the Ohio river, it is an easy paddle on a river with little to no current as it has been dammed miles away at Grayson Lake. Our property boundaries are the trees lining the property on both sides. Bring a fishing pole and bait to fish from our two level dock. Enjoy a sandy beach and river rope swing (at your own risk). A fire pit and charcoal grill are located on the property. Guest access This whole property is your space to enjoy. Other things to note We welcome a well behaved dog on a leash when others are nearby. We have neighbors with dogs and do not want any issue with unwanted interactions. We just ask that you clean up after them and if you leave the property they are crated or taken with you. A $50 non-refundable pet fee is due upon arrival if not added at time of booking.
