Sauna, Luxux-Whirlpool, Fitness, Berlin in 30 min.

Residence of the Berlin Rittmeister. They have 2 saunas, a luxury hot tub, the cozy spa area and a Powerplate pro7. You can reach the train station in 3 minutes and the center of Berlin in 30 minutes. You will pass the imperial post office. It has been lovingly restored and opened as a café. The supermarket is a 2-minute walk away and... Photos say more than words...! The space Kutscherhaus Waldtor, saunas, medical luxury massage hot tub, fitness, e.g. PowerPlate Pro7 (known among other things from cruise ships, but extra to pay there), 30 min. to Berlin The house is 133 square meters and is for your sole use. The saunas, sauna accessories in various scents, the medical luxury hot tub and the fitness equipment are at your disposal free of charge. The house must be booked for all guests present. The noise pollution must be kept to a minimum as we are located in a residential area. Garbage, bottles, etc., that go beyond normal use must be disposed of by yourself. The filters/coffee residues must be removed from the coffee machine, the dishwasher must be loaded and switched on. The house must be left at least swept clean. The grill, if used, must be cleaned. Use of all equipment and facilities is at your own risk! The swimming pool with a diameter of 6 m can only be used in summer, or if it is still standing, not cleaned and unheated. The predominantly natural garden with an area of over 6000 m² is not a park, certainly not a castle park, but due to its wildness no less cozy and the private garden of my family, but I make it available to you free of charge and without obligation at your own risk. However, it is by no means part of the binding part of the apartment. The photos of this area are taken in summer and are intended for illustrative purposes only. A part of about 12 x 10 m, right in front of the villa, is available to you alone. (Bounded by the paved areas, the planting to the left of the stone slab path and the pool deck.) If you are over 6 guests, two guests can sleep in the gym on the two large and very comfortable couches. The other two can sleep upstairs in the two bedrooms on covered mattresses with bedding, or lay down the mattresses wherever they want. The remaining 6 are divided between the two bedrooms (2 each) and the sofa bed (also 2) in the living room. I would also like to point out once again that we live on the property in the main house and have 4 sons who often play there. That shouldn't bother you when you book. If you want to bring a pet, we must agree on the type, size, weight and age beforehand. If I agree, extra charges will be made that are agreed with our cleaning company. The animals should not be taken upstairs as the main bedrooms are here and the floor is sensitive. Animals must not be left on the furniture, especially the sofas. If you want to have a party with us, we have to talk about it and I have to expressly agree to it. If you need to do laundry, we can do it in our washing machines, but only if we are at home. A fee is charged for this as an expense allowance. Many excursions are possible, especially in nature! The forest borders directly on our property, we have lakes within walking distance (Devinsee and Stresesee) and many lakes that can be reached by bike or car. (From 8 minutes to less than an hour about 15 different waters) We also have very nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance or 5 minutes by car and then also with lake views. Guest access Entire House Other things to note Due to bad experiences, we would like a copy of the ID, email and phone number of each guest (not just the booking person) as a PDF or photo in advance. We live right next door and our terrace leads to the garden. The garden and pools are used by my children. The garden is not part of the offer, but may be shared at your own risk. However, by arrangement, you can use the pools on your own.
