Residenz des Berliner Rittmeisters. They have 2 saunas, a luxury jacuzzi, the cozy wellness area and a Powerplate pro7. You can reach the train station in 3 minutes, are in 30 minutes in the center of Berlin. You will pass by the Imperial Post Office. This has been lovingly restored and opened as a café. The supermarket is a 2-minute walk away and... Photos say more than words...! The space Kutscherhaus Waldtor, saunas, medical luxury massage hot tub, fitness, e.g. PowerPlate Pro7 (known among other things from cruise ships, but to be paid extra there), 30 min. to Berlin The house is 133 square meters and is available to you alone. The saunas, sauna accessories in various fragrances, the medical luxury whirlpool and fitness equipment are available free of charge. The house must be booked for all guests present. The noise pollution must be kept to a minimum, as we are located in a residential area. Garbage, bottles, etc. that go beyond normal use must be disposed of by yourself. The filter/coffee remnants must be removed from the coffee machine, the dishwasher must be stored and switched on. The house is at least broom clean to leave. Clean any grill used. The use of all equipment and facilities is at your own risk! The swimming pool with a diameter of 6 m can only be used in summer, or if it is still standing, not cleaned and unheated. The predominantly natural garden with an area of over 6000 m2 is not a park, certainly not a castle park, but due to its wilderness no less cozy and the private garden of my family, but I provide it to you free of charge and without obligation at your own risk. However, it is by no means part of the binding part of the holiday apartment. The photos of this area are taken in the summer and are intended only for illustration. A part of about 12x10m , but directly in front of the villa is available to you alone. (Limited by the pavement areas, the planting to the left of the stone slab path and the pool deck.) If you are over 6 guests, two guests can sleep in the gym on the two large and very comfortable couches. The other two can sleep upstairs with mattresses covered and provided with bedding in the two bedrooms, or lie down wherever they want. The remaining 6 are distributed over the two bedrooms (2 each) and on the sofa bed (also 2) in the living room. I would also like to point out again that we live on the property in the main house and have 4 sons who often also play there. This should not bother you when you book. If you want to bring a pet with you, we must first agree on the type, size, weight and age. If I agree, extra fees will be made to our cleaning company. The animals should not be taken to the upper floor, as the main bedrooms are here and the floor is sensitive. Animals should not be left on the furniture, especially the sofas. If you want to have a party with us, we have to talk through it and I have to agree to it. If you need to do laundry, we can do so in our washing machines, but only when we are at home. For this, a fee applies as an expense reimbursement. Many excursions are possible, especially in nature! Directly adjacent to our property is the forest, we have lakes within walking distance (Devinsee and Stresesee) and many lakes that can be reached by bike or car. (From 8 minutes to less than an hour about 15 different waters) We also have very nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance or 5 minutes by car and then also with lake view. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Due to poor experience, we would like a copy of the ID, email and phone number of each guest (not just the booking person) as a pdf or photo. We live next door and our terrace goes to the garden. The garden and the pools are used by my children, the garden is not part of the offer, but may be shared at your own risk. However, you can use the pools on your own by arrangement.
