The space Villa Mdina is an independent apartment of about 100 m², located in the upper part of the villa and designed to accommodate up to two people. The rooms, furnished in a classic style, are spacious, bright, and designed to offer a comfortable stay. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate living room with air conditioning, a spacious double bedroom also with air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Independent heating makes the house pleasant in every season. From the balcony, furnished with a small table for two, you can have breakfast or enjoy an aperitif outdoors. Outside, the property's highlight awaits you: a pleasant front garden, well maintained and surrounded by a thick hedge that ensures privacy from the street. Here you will find a cozy relaxation area with a small table, chairs, and an umbrella, perfect for reading a book or relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The property is completed by convenient private parking within the villa. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment for their exclusive use, as well as private parking and the front part of the garden, where the relaxation area is located. The rear part of the garden is separated by gates and is reserved exclusively for the owners, as it houses utility rooms and private spaces. Guest access is through a dedicated gate that leads directly to the parking area. The owners, on the other hand, use a second gate to access the garage. The two areas are not completely separate, so you may encounter each other in the parking area, while the spaces intended for the guests' stay remain reserved. Other things to note The apartment can be reached via a flight of about 15 steps and has no elevator. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or in the outdoor areas, using the designated ashtrays. Pets are not allowed. Two of the owners' cats live on the property and may occasionally be present in the outdoor areas. For security reasons, there are outdoor cameras directed exclusively toward the entrances and outdoor common areas of the property.
