The space CASA FRANCA — EXPERIENCE TUSCANY WITH CALM Casa Franca is located on the ground floor of a private building in the heart of Palazzone, a small medieval village in the municipality of San Casciano dei Bagni, just minutes from the famous Terme, the thousand-year-old springs that have made this area one of the most sought-after wellness destinations in Italy. It has a separate entrance directly from the village alley and comfortably accommodates two people seeking tranquility, authenticity and no-frills beauty: a lovely, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a small living room, and a covered veranda with a view of the garden The interior tells of centuries of Tuscan history: stone vaults, terracotta floors, and thick walls that keep the house cool in summer and cozy in every season. Guest access The covered veranda is reserved for guests and has a table and chairs. It overlooks the property's garden. The garden is shared with the owners and can be used by prior arrangement, with due respect for each other's peace and quiet. There is also an outdoor patio overlooking the village street. Two large dogs, Dante and Clara, also live on the property. They are very docile and used to the presence of guests; they do not have access to the apartment or to the spaces reserved for guests.
