Leisure activities such as mini golf, cycling or surfing are within easy reach. The apartment is child and dog friendly (one dog allowed). The fenced property with garden, furniture and parasol provides privacy. For families, a crib, high chair, and handcart are available. A private parking space is right by the house. In the open living and dining area there is a sofa, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, dishes, cutlery, (extras: milk frother, water filter system, soda stream bubbler (without cartridge)). Two bedrooms can accommodate up to four people, (small room no window, skylight to the living room). The bathroom has a floor-level shower, toilet, sink. Underfloor heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the comfort. There is a fixed insect screen on the bedroom window and in front of the right terrace window. Satellite TV, hi-fi, radio and Wi-Fi are available for entertainment. A sauna is exclusively usable and can be optionally booked. The combination of modern amenities, family friendliness and proximity to the coast makes the place the ideal place for relaxing holidays.
