The space Retiro de Magnólia is a brand-new, two-story wooden pool house, built in the private backyard of a family home in a quiet residential area near Porto, and named for the magnolia tree that shades the garden. Downstairs you'll find a kitchenette (mini fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster), a comfortable living room, and a full bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Upstairs, the bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, plus a cosy play nook with toys for the little ones. The magic is outside: a 9.5×4 m saltwater pool, a 300 m² backyard, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sun loungers, outdoor sofas, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, there's a private cinema room with direct, exclusive access from the backyard — perfect for movie nights. Air conditioning and WiFi throughout. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the wooden pool house, the private cinema room, the patio, the 300 m² backyard, and the saltwater pool. The pool house sits in the private backyard of the family home, where the host lives. You'll reach your space through the home's entrance and down the hallway to your private cinema room, which opens onto the patio, pool, and pool house. The host's rooms are private and kept separate, so your outdoor space is entirely your own. Free parking is available in front of the house.
