Welcome to our cozy vacation home, Jökefine, in a quiet location just 50 meters from beautiful Lake Dümmer! Here you can relax, go swimming, fish, and enjoy nature. It’s perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. We warmly welcome up to two dogs. The space Our vacation home, Jökefine, is located in a small, quiet vacation village right in the middle of a scenic conservation area—surrounded by beautiful nature. Here, you can truly unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. There’s a bakery right in the village where you can get fresh rolls in the morning, and the nearest shopping options are just 5–10 minutes away. The house features a bright, welcoming living room with an open kitchen and a fireplace, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. The loft not only offers sleeping space for one additional person but also provides a place for the little ones to play and explore. Outside, a lush garden awaits—perfect for breakfast in the sun or relaxing evenings after a day at the lake. Here, you can unwind, let your mind wander, and simply enjoy the moment. Amenities include a rowboat, a canoe, and a stand-up paddleboard, which you’re welcome to use for excursions on Lake Dümmer. Anglers are welcome to smoke their catch in the oak wood smoker in the garden. The garden is a great place to relax, but it’s not fenced in—something to keep in mind for dog owners. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the vacation village itself, but right outside the village gate, you’ll find wide-open fields, peaceful forests, and great bike paths for long walks and bike rides through nature. Here you’ll find the perfect blend of relaxation, an active vacation, and an idyllic setting close to nature. Guest access Access to the house is very easy: There’s a gate in front of the vacation village that you can open with the transponder—it’s stored along with the house key in the key safe right next to the house. You’ll, of course, receive the code for the safe before your arrival. You can arrive at your leisure starting at 4:00 p.m., and thanks to the key safe, you have complete flexibility—whether you arrive at 4:00 p.m. or later. Just head over, open the gate with the transponder, and make yourselves at home! Other things to note The rental price for the vacation home includes all utilities (gas, water, electricity). Additional services can be booked as options: - Complete linens package: 29,-€ per person Or - Towel package (hand, shower, and sauna towels): 15,-€ per person - Bedding package (duvet covers and sheets) for €16 per person A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the vacation home. A fee of €7 per dog per day is charged and paid through Airbnb. . Dogs must be kept on a leash within the vacation village; however, you can leave the village after just a few minutes’ walk for extended walks in nature. Swimming spots for both people and dogs are available around the lake and in the immediate vicinity of the vacation village (on the right side of the lake). Dogs are not allowed on the swimming beach in the vacation village.‼️ The provisions of the house rules apply.
