Stay close to the beach and beautiful nature all year round in Kikhavn

Stay close to the beach in the romantic fishing village of Kikhavn. The courtyard "Annex" is located in one of the city's old farms. From the door or the garden you can hear and smell the sea and at the beach you can enjoy the evening sun. Living room, kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating. There is a cozy sofa and a well-equipped kitchen. Two rooms on the 1st floor with four beds and space for 2-3 extra beds. The area offers two harbors with art, cafes and shops, tennis and paddle courts, as well as surfing in Lynæs. Tothaven and Kik Forbi are within walking distance. Pets not allowed The space The home has a bathroom with a washing machine and a changing table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing stay and maybe make your own jam for the pancakes. Space for ice in the freezer. The living room has a spacious sofa for relaxing after a trip to the stand. On the 2nd floor, there are two good rooms with four beds that you can push around to make room for children. There are two extra mattresses under the beds in one room and a pull-out bed in the other. It is quiet here at night all year round. Pets not allowed Guest access The garden and yard are shared with us and our guests are welcome. On a few occasions, a Café with flea market is held in the yard. Laundry may be hung to dry on the clothesline in the garden. Other things to note The apartment is located in one of the four wings of the courtyard. We call the apartment the Annex. Parking at the house is only for loading and unloading. The road is very narrow and the driveway is shared with a neighbor. Need for parking in the driveway can be arranged. Parking 50 meters away from the yard.
