Modern and bright independent studio, very sunny, fully equipped for 1 or 2 people. Contemporary kitchen & bathroom, Wi-Fi. Close to all amenities on foot or bike (A49 exit 10, train station, supermarket, dry cleaning, tobacco, bakery, media library, city park...). Parking and private garden for relaxation. Quiet neighborhood. Walk in the forest or near nearby walnut trees. Great for a comfortable and convenient stay. I can possibly accept 1 small pet, such as a small, well-behaved dog. The space The studio is attached to the main house, But it remains independent in terms of its access and its use. The main room is a living room (sofa) during the day and a bedroom (Rapido sofa bed) at night. For cyclists, skiers, and other athletes, you can leave your equipment in the entrance, or even under the carport if it is very bulky. Consumables provided (shower gel, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags). The 8 linens (fitted sheet, duvet cover, towels, etc.) are available as an option for €4. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times can be adjusted according to the wishes of the guests and depending on our professional constraints. Weekend hours can be more flexible, of course.
