Marceau's house

Take a break in our charming village and come and relax in Marceau's house. Adjacent to ours, all in stone, you will be independent and can enjoy our swimming pool! You will see that this accommodation has not yet had the chance to have all its finishes completed; the rate has been revised accordingly. The space Access to the property is via a gate shared with our house, and a dedicated parking space will be made available to you. You will have to cross our yard to access the small house. A few steps to reach the front door, and you will discover a charming living room with a large central fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen is located on a lower half-level. A back kitchen and a toilet complete the ground floor. The upper floor has a large open-plan dormitory-style area where you will find a desk and the beds. The bathroom is attached at the top of the dovecote. Outside, the grassy area in front of the accommodation is at your disposal, with a small garden table. Guest access All areas of the home are at your disposal. Only the small shed to the right of the exterior stairs is designated as a private storage space. Other things to note The space is not yet fully finished. The work has been put on hold, especially upstairs. However, it is perfectly habitable and already full of charm! A connected charging station for electric vehicles is available. The charging service is billed according to actual consumption at a rate of €0.40/kWh. Sheets are provided for all beds, but you need to bring your own towels!
