Comfortable 38 square meters with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, large flat screen TV and parking in front of the house. A well-kept feel-good place to relax. Excellent for business travelers, as well as perfect for longer stays. Work-friendly accommodation with Wi-Fi. High hygiene standard, mattress cleaning with UV light mite vacuum. Location: rural, Dortmund (30), Münster (35), Werne (10), 5 km to Nordkirchen Castle. The space A new-looking granny apartment on two levels awaits you, peace and privacy. You come via a steep external staircase (see photo) directly into the light-flooded kitchen area with dishwasher and microwave. You are also welcome to use our gas grill in the garden. The living area is open to the top. A spiral staircase takes you to the gallery, where the bed (140 x 200) is located. An additional sofa bed is available in the living area. A beautiful balcony invites you to chill. If you like, you are welcome to enjoy your cigarette here. A washing machine is in the shower room. Two small clothes racks are of course available. For hygienic reasons, we do not use carpets. The floor is pleasantly warm, even for barefoot walkers. Above is cork parquet and below a new Venyl design floor is laid. The apartment is partially equipped with electric blinds. Guest access The apartment is located in a detached house. It is completely separate from the other rooms of the house and is only available to the guest. Own entrance! Other things to note We have a nine-year-old female Labrador. If you're not that excited about dogs, no problem. Our dog doesn't have to see and greet you. We can arrange that well. But if you want to come to us with your four-legged darling, we can assume that your dog has sufficient flea and vaccine protection, as well as being dewormed.
