Welcome to ELBE 12 ! An apartment up to 5 guests, on the ground floor of a calm and secured residence. Only few walks from Val d'Europe shopping center/Vallée village outlet (100 mètres) and gateways to Disneyland Paris (10min by bus/car, 15min walking distance) The space ELBE 12 is situated on the ground floor of the residence, up to 5 guests. The place features : - Living-room with Smart Tv (comfy sofabed 2 ppl + a fold-out armchair 1 ppl) - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, micro-wave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, washing machine, dishes and cutlery, cooking tools...) - Bedroom (queen size bed, 2 ppl) - Shower room (shower + sink) - Separated WC Also included without additionnal fees : - 1 secured and private parking space in the building basement, direct access with elevator (warning max height 1,95meters) - Free Wifi connexion in the apartment - Bed linen and towels for 5 guests - Travel baby cot + high chair Guest access Check-in : The keys have to be collected in our agency (only 50 meters from the accomodation) between 3 and 6PM, Monday to Saturday. Outside these hours and on Sundays or Bank holidays, the keys will have to be collected in a safebox inside our agency. Check-out : 10AM Other things to note A second set of keys can be supplied ! Do not hesitate to ask for it when you check in. ⚠️For hygienic reasons, we do not supply condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.), but you can find them at the Auchan supermarket a few meters away, in the Val d'Europe shopping center.
